Final Sale Policy

All sales at Skinova Care are final. We do not currently accept returns, and sold merchandise is non-refundable. If you have concerns regarding a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Hygiene & Safety

All hair accessories and personal care tools are strictly final sale for hygiene reasons. If a manufacturing defect is found, please report it within 2 weeks of receipt for a one-time replacement or store credit.

Pricing & Adjustments

Product prices are as listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. We do not offer price matching with other retailers or physical boutiques. No refunds are provided for price adjustments after a purchase has been completed.

Order Modifications

We process orders rapidly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order is placed, you have a 24-hour window to email us for any changes or cancellations.

  • • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.
  • • Once shipped, packages cannot be redirected or modified.

Shipping & Delivery

Skinova Care is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, return shipping or restocking fees may apply.
